Yellow Oak Realty LLP, operating as YOR Luxury ("we", "us"), respects the privacy of everyone who contacts us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Details you give us — name, phone number, email address, destination, budget, configuration, timeline and anything you write in the message field of an enquiry form, or send us by email, call or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data — pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address, used only to understand which residences draw interest.
Why we hold it
- To respond to your enquiry and advise you on residences.
- To arrange viewings and share pricing, availability and project updates.
- To meet our obligations as a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent (Registration A52000000488).
Consent to be contacted
Where you tick the consent box on our enquiry form, you authorise us to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and RCS with property options, pricing, site visit details and project updates. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to welcome@yorluxury.in, and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We share your details with a developer or seller only when you have asked us to progress a specific residence, and only to the extent needed to register your interest, arrange a viewing or negotiate. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not circulate your requirement to other agents.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for a further three years, after which they are deleted. Transaction records are kept for the period required under applicable law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to welcome@yorluxury.in and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Enquiry data is held in access-controlled systems. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
