YOR Luxury is the ultra-luxury residential advisory practice of Yellow Oak Realty LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India and registered with MahaRERA as a real estate agent under Registration No. A52000000488.
2. Nature of the information
Project details on this website — configurations, carpet areas, indicative pricing, status and design credits — are compiled from developer disclosures, MahaRERA registrations and public reporting. They are indicative only. Prices, availability and specifications in this market change constantly. Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a warranty of any kind. Please confirm every figure with us in writing before relying on it.
3. No exclusive representation
Developer and project names appear solely to identify the residences in our collection. YOR Luxury does not claim exclusive representation, channel-partner exclusivity or authorised agency for any developer unless separately confirmed in writing.
4. Advisory role
We act as a real estate agent and advisor. We are not your lawyer, valuer, architect, tax adviser or lender. You should take independent legal, financial and technical advice before entering into any transaction.
5. Intellectual property
The YOR Luxury name, logo, written content and page design are the property of Yellow Oak Realty LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photographs used on this site are representative and do not depict any specific unit unless stated.
6. Third-party links
Where we link to a developer, regulator or third-party site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOR Luxury is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on information published on this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
